pink inside

Do you like pink?
I should think
you should.

Whatever your hide,
you're pink inside,
just like me.

This is a knock at the stupidity of skin-colour prejudice. It was inspired by the pimps in Egyptian ports who, apparently, used to tout their girls to UK sailors with the call: "Pink inside, just like English."

mona lisa smile

concentric profiles with toroidal panel

I think of this as a multiplied-and-spun version of the idea of Renato Bertelli when he created Continuous Profile of Mussolini in 1933.

Except this is not Mussolini. Somewhere back along the track, prior to all mutations, it was the Mona Lisa.

Some theories on the 'elusive', 'enigmatic' smile:
It's the noise.
It's your eyes.
It's her mood.
It's various possibilities.

And about the Continuous Profile of Mussolini.

More recently, the idea has been used for George Bush.

Continuous Profile (of George W. Bush)
